Her twin sister was down the hall in the baby's room. She says she heard Tyreek Hill yelling, then saw her sister walk out wiping her face and say, "He spit on me." Asked if she saw it: "No."
This is Lakeeta Hill v. Tyreek Hill, the civil trial in Miami-Dade over what Keeta Vaccaro Hill says happened behind closed doors in their marriage. She is the plaintiff. These are allegations, not findings, and Hill denies every one. The jury decides whether her claims are more likely true than not.
Part 8 picks up after the lunch recess on Day 2. Her cross ends on the surveillance video of their co-parenting visits. Then her side calls her twin, Ashley Vaccaro. The judge lets in what she says Hill shouted that night as a party admission, and Hill's lawyer Bob Paradela takes her through everything she did not see.
Here is what I want you to weigh. The only other person to describe that night so far heard it and did not see it. She saw no mark, and no photo during the marriage. Keeta's own lawyer still wants to come back to the report. Ask what record of that night exists beyond the two sisters.
