Cooking a Delicious Traditional Beef Dish to Sell at Market | Rural Life in Vietnam

Welcome to Trieu Tam Tam! Experience authentic rural life in Vietnam as I visit the local market and find a very fresh beef leg for sale. Seeing the fresh meat gives me an idea — I decide to prepare a delicious traditional beef stew to sell at the village market. Since this dish is flavorful but takes a long time to prepare, I think many customers will be happy to buy it ready-made. I bring the beef home, wash it carefully, and boil it thoroughly until tender. Then I cut the cooked beef into smaller portions and combine it with different spices and seasonings before slowly cooking everything together. Preparing this traditional beef dish requires time and patience to create a rich, delicious flavor. Once the beef stew is ready and still hot, I divide it into small plastic containers, making it convenient to carry and sell at the village market. Just as I expected, the freshly cooked beef dish is very popular with customers and sells quickly. After subtracting the cost of the beef and other ingredients, I still make a good profit from my hard work, which makes me very happy. The next day, I head to the vegetable garden behind my house to harvest fresh lettuce leaves and pull green onions to sell. I grow these vegetables both for my family's daily meals and to earn some extra income. When there are more vegetables than we can eat, I harvest and sell them before they become old or spoiled instead of letting good food go to waste.
