ESO U50 | Pure Class One-Bar Healer Builds

Hello! I'm ParalyzerT9, but you can call me Doc, and welcome to your home for all things healing. I hope you enjoy your stay! :) One bar builds have, and continue to be a popular way to play the Elder Scrolls: Online! They offer a large amount of accessibility and ease-of-use for those who want or need that. While they may not be as strong as traditional two-bar builds, they can still be pretty strong and fun to use if you're okay with being a bit off-meta! With Update 50 shaking up the healer meta not too long ago, I've been updating a lot of my popular healer builds, and so I figured I'd go ahead and update this one too!
