Harley DYNA - REPLACING BROKEN EXHAUST STUD (Removing Head) - Step by Step!

Thank you for supporting my channel I greatly appreciate it!* SPECIAL TOOLS/MATERIALS REQ'D: in/lb torque wrench- https://amzn.to/3F8R3h2 ft/lb torque wrench- https://amzn.to/3F88JJw 12pt 1/2" socket- https://amzn.to/3FcovDh BLUE LOCTITE 243- https://amzn.to/38LZNxi COPPER ANTI-SIEZE- https://amzn.to/378R2Nw *Plus a Section of 5/16" ID hose to drain fuel tank into a gas can. TORQUE SPECS: CYLINDER HEAD BOLTS- (1/4 turn increments in X pattern) Use Blue Loctite 243 FIRST PASS- tighten to 120-144 in/lb SECOND PASS- tighten to 15-17 ft/lb FINAL PASS- tighten each addition 1/4 turn. Head gasket goes with P/N facing UP Lightly coat head bolt threads with 20w50 oil before installing ROCKER HOUSING BOLTS- 120-168 in/lb (1/4 turn increments in pattern shown in vid) Use Blue Loctite 243, Apply light coat of 20w50 oil to breather o-ring before reassembly ROCKER COVER BOLTS- 15-18 ft/lb (1/4 turn increments in pattern shown in vid) Use Blue Loctite 243 ROCKER ARM SUPPORT PLATE BOLTS- 18-22 ft/lb (1/4 turn increments in X pattern) BREATHER ASSEMBLY- 90-120 in/lb Disclaimer: This channel may make a small commission off of any purchases made through affiliate links. #DynaHead #HarleyHeadGasket #DynaExhaustStud #Harley1584HeadGasket
