Description VPL supplies Gnargo's Bosch drive system, 3X3 hub, and Gates belt, and produced this content. John Schoffner is co-founder and fabricator at Gnargo Bike Co. in Bentonville, Arkansas. He and co-founder Zach Springer walk through the Trishaw, a modular passenger bike that takes either a wheelchair or a bench seat for two, with an open space in the middle and a ramp to roll in. We filmed them in Portland during MADE 2026. The Trishaw runs a Bosch Cargo Line motor, rated by Bosch up to 120 Nm, with a 3X3 NINE hub and a Gates Carbon Drive belt. Zach also explains how VPL introduced Gnargo to Bishop's Family Cycles, which he calls Gnargo's exclusive Canadian dealer for the Trishaw.
