Depending on the employment category, the employer may need to meet labour-market requirements, including recruitment efforts in the Netherlands/EU/EEA and UWV involvement. ⏱️ HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE? UWV has a statutory advisory period of up to 5 weeks in relevant GVVA cases, while IND's legal decision period is generally 90 days for these work routes. Processing can vary depending on the route and circumstances. So be careful with anyone promising you a guaranteed visa or guaranteed completion date. No single agent controls the entire process. 🛂 WHAT ABOUT THE MVV? After a positive IND decision, you may need an MVV if your route requires one.
