Why Being a Stay-at-Home Dad Can Feel So Lonely

Loneliness as a stay-at-home dad isn’t just about spending less time around other adults. It can also come from realizing that your day-to-day life looks completely different from almost everyone else you know. In this video, I talk about both sides of that loneliness, how it gradually builds over time, and some of the things that helped me deal with it after more than a decade as a stay-at-home dad.
