Cellphone thieves target runners at Joburg fun run

What should have been a day of celebration has turned into a nightmare for hundreds of runners who took part in a Johannesburg fun run. Criminals, believed to be posing as participants, cut open race bags and stole mobile phones while runners were distracted. Victims reported that over 100 people were at a police station reporting their stolen phones.
