When the Great Hunt Comes — A Wild Hunt Halloween Song

The riders know your name. One of them knows what your lost love used to call you. “When the Great Hunt Comes” is a dark Celtic fantasy lament about grief, temptation, and the courage to stay until morning. An intimate female vocal, solitary harp, swelling violin, distant hunting horns, and deep rolling drums carry a story of love reaching across a boundary that should never be crossed. White hounds stream through the trees. Spectral horses leave no tracks in the snow. Among the moonlit riders, a woman sees the man whose coat came home without him. Her mother taught her to lock the door and never answer the Hunt. But no warning prepared her for his voice. “You have a dawn. I have to roam.” A haunting Halloween song for lovers of Celtic atmosphere, ghost stories, and sorrowful fantasy. Created with AI-generated music and artwork.
