He has a prolific memory (Masha'Allaah TabarakAllaah) having memorized the Quran in 7 months. He is a leading teacher at Shaatibiyyah institution in London. Shaykh Galal’s expertise in Tajweed and Hifdh is demonstrated not only in his majestic recitation of the Quraan, but in his mastery in all the classical texts of Tajweed including Tuhfatul'Atfaal, MuQaddimatul'Jazariyyaah, Ash'Shaatibiyyah (Hirzul'Amaani), Tayyibaatun'Nashr and more. Shaykh Galal is a native Egyptian and has taught and trained many Qurraa in Egypt. Shaykh Galal’s recitation of the Quran is truly awe-inspiring.
