Lakers CRUSH the Blazers — MVP-Level Luka Doncic Drops 53, Puts LA No. 1 in the West at 8–2!

Luka Doncic dropped 53 on Portland and put the Los Angeles Lakers No. 1 in the West at 8–2. The wildest part? For an entire quarter, Portland couldn’t outscore him. The Blazers had a 16-point lead. The Lakers had missed 15 straight threes. Then Luka buried a 62-foot buzzer-beater before halftime and came back out to score 20 in the third. Behind him, the Lakers ripped down 17 offensive rebounds, making Portland defend possession after possession until its lead vanished. We break down the shot that cracked the game open, the overlooked stat that made the comeback possible, and why Luka’s six 40-point games in seven outings have put him at the center of the NBA MVP race. Make the call in the comments. Luka for MVP, and the Lakers to win the West. Are you buying both?
