We take you on a video tour of our 2019 Memorial Day Weekend adventures at Trap Pond State Park in Delaware. Trap Pond State Park is a wonderful place to camp with so many outdoor activities. You'll witness some of our Trap Pond Adventures and we will take you on a tour of Trap Pond campground, public boat ramp and pavilions and the Bald Cypress Nature Center. In the end you will witness the trophy ceremony for the winners of the 2019 Trap Pond State Park Corn Hole Championship! There may be no more enchanting location in the state to hike, fish, camp, or picnic. A canoe trek into the swamp will bring you face to face with abundant wildlife, wildflowers, and the graceful baldcypress trees flourishing in the swamp's wetlands. Trap Pond State Park hosts the northernmost natural stand of baldcypress trees on the East Coast. Trap Pond State Park is nestled along the pond's northern shore under a forested canopy of hardwoods, beneath towering loblolly pines.
