The NEW Phosphor Shoto is A DEMON In My Hero Ultra Rumble…

Season 19 the 3rd anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble is here at last and with it comes the brand new character, Phosphor Shoto. Today I’m going to be summoning for him and trying him out for the first time in some matches. First impressions he’s very fun! His alpha when empowered by the special action is very satisfying to use and his beta allows for easy high damage combos with the gamma too. I was shocked to see he was a Rapid but with how far the gamma launches him and the speed increase that his special action gives his dash I understand that role a bit more. He reminds me a lot of Tokoyami with how key his special action is but far easier since if your not managing the gauge your not punished hard. Let me know down below your own first impressions of the character! I’m also celebrating my 3rd year making Ultra Rumble content and wanted to thank you all for putting me in a position to continue doing so! I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Phosphor Shoto!
