Killing of a Sacred Deer - Encephalic Angels | This Is a New Favorite!!

First time checking out Killing of a Sacred Deer, and I think I may have just found one of my new favorite bands. In this video I react to “Encephalic Angels” and break down what immediately grabbed me about this track. It has that frantic, chaotic quality that reminded me a little of The Dillinger Escape Plan, while still sounding completely different. The guitars are super chunky, but still tight and articulate, and everything punches through the mix beautifully. I love the vocals on this one as well. This one is definitely going into the rotation. I’ll be checking out a lot more from this project. If you’re into this kind of heavy music, let me know what Killing of a Sacred Deer track I should hear next.
