However, the extreme terrain—a 300-meter trek with a 100-meter vertical rise taking 45 minutes just to walk up—made manual labor incredibly expensive. After spending nearly ₹2 Lakhs just to transport two loads of organic manure up the hill, Aneesh knew he had to innovate. Unable to cut roads due to soil erosion risks, and after finding no commercial engineering solutions, Aneesh and his cousin designed and built their own custom agricultural ropeway through pure trial and error. ⚙️ Ropeway Technical Specifications: Power & Drive: Powered by two 2HP motors connected to a 25:1 ratio gearbox. Traction Control: Double pulley mechanism prevents the rope from slipping. Safety Features: Equipped with a disc brake for downhill speed control and a mechanical locator to track the trolley's exact position. Efficiency: Can carry up to 200 kg (normally operated at 100 kg) and covers the entire 300-meter slope in just 8 minutes. Aneesh shares his powerful business philosophy: "Farming is only a loss when you view it traditionally.
