Today we’re pruning our Enterprise apple tree after a pretty severe case of fire blight last year. The damage left this tree covered in water shoots, crossing branches, and heavily infected wood, and honestly, there’s a real chance it may not recover. Instead of replacing it right away, we decided to give it one more year and document the process.
