Indigo Kitty - Seasoning on My Soul (Original Lyrics)

This song is a self-portrait of someone who is grounded, distinctive, emotionally substantial, and completely uninterested in watering herself down to make other people comfortable. It uses two main metaphors—seasoned soul food and an anchor—to describe a personality with flavor and weight.
