THERE IS A KIND OF WISDOM THAT CAN CHANGE YOUR DESTINY FOREVER | APOSTLE JOSHUA SELMAN

Divine wisdom and destiny with Apostle Joshua Selman: discover the culture of the wise through fellowship with the Holy Spirit, spiritual understanding and a commitment to growth. What makes a person wise beyond education, possessions or public recognition? In “They That Be Wise,” Apostle Joshua Selman explores Daniel 12:3 and Proverbs 21:20, drawing attention to the treasure and oil found in the dwelling of the wise. Through the ten virgins in Matthew 25 and the widow's oil in 2 Kings 4, he develops a teaching on preparation, intimacy and capacity. In his application, oil represents a functional relationship with the Holy Spirit, while treasure includes the knowledge and understanding that equip believers to serve. He encourages listeners to seek the processes behind fruitful lives rather than admire their outward results. The message also brings practical balance: fellowship should lead to learning, integrity, responsibility and useful contributions to society. Prayer, mentorship, training and professional development belong together. The closing encouragement addresses discouragement, spiritual depletion and the patience required to continue growing when progress seems slow. In this message: • Understand the treasure and oil imagery in Proverbs 21:20. • Learn from the preparation of the wise virgins. • Connect intimacy with the Holy Spirit to Scripture and active faith. • Seek knowledge and mentorship with humility. • Protect your devotional life as responsibilities increase. • Pursue wisdom that produces integrity and practical service. Listen prayerfully, take notes and revisit the passages discussed. Reflect on one step you can take to strengthen fellowship, deepen understanding or develop a useful skill. Share this teaching with someone seeking wisdom for their next season.
