Starfield Seamless Planet Takeoff - Beta v1.12

Now with added blur effect! Note: I'm not the mod creator, I'm just showcasing the mod's progress. Mod is Seamless Planet Takeoffs SFSE (Beta). Only available on PC. Mod author (0xBobby) has implemented a blur effect when transitioning during loading. It's not perfect, but better than before. Similar to how Bethesda handles manual ship travel.
