Though I really did not cook the food because my parents did and I have it shipped from my home province which is 8-9hrs away from where I live right now. Ilocos Norte is known for longganisa, bagnet and pinakbet. I also asked my mother to send me some of the famous pickled varieties from Ilocos Norte. The only thing I cooked is the soup.
