Eating WW2 Rations for an Entire Week (1940s UK Edition)

This week, I’m eating according to World War II wartime rations in the UK. I portion out all of my food using historical ration amounts and cook three simple meals on my first day. I’m doing this both as a budgeting experiment and as a way to be more mindful about food, waste, and consumption. In this video, I go through the weekly ration allowances, portion everything out for the week, and share what I eat for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on day one.
