Biscoff Cookie Dough 1 and 1/2 cups (320g) brown sugar 1/4 cup (50g) granulated sugar 1 cup (227g) melted butter (unsalted) 2 eggs 2 tbsp milk 1/3 cup (85g) biscoff cookie butter 3 cups (375g) all-purpose flour 1 tsp salt 1 tsp baking soda 1/2 tsp baking powder 2 tsp cornstarch 1/2 cup (85g) milk chocolate 1/2 cup (85g) semi-sweet chocolate chips 🍪 For Assembling Graham crackers 1 semi sweet chocolate bar 8 jumbo marshmallows ♡ Bake the assembled cookies at 350F (177C) for 12-15 minutes 🍪 Topping 2 tbsp melted biscoff cookie butter 5 biscoff cookies (half per cookie)
