Six Flag's Weirdly Terrifying Ride for Kids

On a recent visit to Six Flags Over Texas for the first time, I discovered an absolutely bizarre dark ride, mixing alien-like creatures with pirates in an attraction known as Pirates of Speelunker's Cave. It was just so delightfully strange and so I wondered about the history of this attraction. To my surprise, I discovered that the original version of Speelunker's Cave was just as weird and scary and in 1992, was replaced by a Looney Tunes ride known as Yosemite Sam and the Gold River Adventure, which was actually really quite ambitious for Six Flags at the time. So in this video, I wanted to cover each version of the ride because they're all just so notably unique and interesting.
