So the 'effective' grid for Winona takes 0 extra energy. In all of the previous tries, I was falling short on damage by just a few percentages, and I had picked up TM MPR. But that didn't proc either. So I switched to Circle MPR grid. The main idea was to give Blue 6 PMUN stacks for his Giga Impact. But that never happened. I guess he covered required percentages by syncing under circle. You'll need to change the tactics for Blue as the 3rd target and Steven as the 2nd target. In most cases Altaria will go down to the Giga Impacts. That will change the target to Dragonite. When the sync KO's Rayquaza, the target will stay on Dragonite. And because of the E&R effect bringing it back to full HP, Suicune will queue in its move immediately.
