This is an independent editorial cut of Conservancy's credited original source. It builds a tighter chronological story around Dev Blackstone, the release threat, the man's return, the shooting, the recovered registered weapon and the inconclusive bodycam review; removes unrelated pauses and source UI; and supplies English captions and original packaging. It preserves only Conservancy's original dialogue and the source game's original audio. No generated narration, synthetic intro, voice-over, dubbed explanation or mixed-in speech was added.
