The Storm Has My Name On It — Storm Blues, SMOKIE(What Happens When You Finally Face What's Coming?)

“Some storms you can dodge. Some storms know your name and come lookin' anyway.” There comes a moment when running isn't an option anymore. The choices you've made. The truths you've avoided. The things you've buried. Eventually, they gather like clouds on the horizon. “The Storm Has My Name On It” is Smokie Man facing that moment head-on. This isn't a song about escaping the storm. It's about standing in it. Every hard truth comes down like thunder. Every secret finds its way into the light. And instead of running, Smokie Man finally accepts what he has to face. Because some storms aren't here to destroy you. Some storms are here to call you out. This is a blues story about accountability, consequences, courage, and the strength it takes to stand still when everything around you is breaking. “I ain't runnin'. I ain't hidin' no more. Let it come.” For anybody facing a storm they know they can't outrun — whether it's regret, consequences, a difficult truth, or a chapter of life they've been avoiding — this one is for you. You don't always get to choose the storm. But you can choose how you stand in it. Still standin'. Let it come. Part of The Blues Trio Universe.
