October Homeschool Symposium | Books, Activities & Crafts

Today I'm going over what we're going to do for our October morning symposium. We no longer do morning basket, as a 7th and 9th grader I wanted to make it feel a little more grown up without losing the fun. Come check it out! 💜We sell handmade bows, wallets, and many more unique creations over at our Etsy shop, KraftyGurlz! Every item is made with love and attention to detail. 🛍️ Visit the shop here: https://www.etsy.com/shop/KraftyGurlzCO 🎀 What we make: Handmade Bows, Custom Wallets, & More! I’m a working mom, educator, and gardener navigating the beautiful chaos of life between work and the homestead. If you’ve ever wondered how to raise a family, grow your own food, and build a career without losing your mind, you’re in the right place! After a short break, I’m relaunching this channel in 2026 to bring you along on our journey through: Working Mom Life: The systems and "Sunday Resets" that keep our home running while I'm at work. Homeschooling "In the Cracks": How we prioritize education and curiosity on a non-traditional schedule. Gardening & Homesteading: Turning our [Colorado/Local Area] space into a productive sanctuary, one seed at a time. Family Adventures: From off-grid camping to our local historical sites, and everything in-between. Whether you're a fellow working mom looking for a community or a gardener dreaming of your first harvest, I’m here to show you that you don't have to choose between a career you love and the lifestyle you crave.
