Lainey Wilson Lived in a Camper. Now She Runs the CMAs

In 2011, Lainey Wilson parked a little camper trailer in a Nashville studio parking lot and lived in it for three years. On November 18, 2026, she hosts the CMA Awards for the third year in a row, and she could become the first woman to win Entertainer of the Year three times. This is how the girl from Baskin, Louisiana, a town of about 200 people, got from that camper to the host's microphone: the songwriter from back home who let her park for free, seven years before anyone signed her, her first No. 1, five CMA wins in one night in 2023, and the night she hosted alone and won again. So what do you think, can she win Entertainer of the Year a third time on the night she's hosting? Tell us in the comments.
