The Beaver Valley Expressway is a north-south highway that connects Pittsburgh Airport, Beaver, and New Castle with the Pennsylvania Turnpike. It was newly-signed as part of the I-376 extension in 2009. Portions of the highway are tolled and operated by the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission. Parkway West is the western segment of the Penn-Lincoln Parkway. It links downtown Pittsburgh with the city's western suburbs and Pittsburgh International Airport. Parkway East is the eastern segment of the Penn-Lincoln Parkway. It connects downtown Pittsburgh with the city's eastern suburbs and the Pennsylvania Turnpike.
