A massive explosion has rocked southern Lebanon after Israel said it used around 1,100 tons of explosives to destroy a strategic Hezbollah underground facility beneath the Ali Taher Ridge near Nabatieh. The Israeli military says the tunnel network stretched for more than two kilometres and served as a command centre for Hezbollah’s Badr regional division.
