San Diego Zoo Safari Park Elephant Calf Has a Name!

Our little girl elephant now has a name: Qinisa, a Siswati word that means to act with energy, act determinedly, fulfill one's word, or speak the truth. If you want to pronounce it properly, it's (!) EEN-EE-seh (! is a tongue pop instead of a q sound). She's growing fast - but still trying to figure out how to use that trunk!
