Sometimes you have those days when you feel completely drained, unmotivated, or simply empty.
This breathwork session is an invitation to stop fighting that feeling for a moment and gently breathe into the emptiness.
In this practice, we’ll do **3 rounds of connected breathing**, followed by a breath retention after each round. You can choose to hold your breath for a more intense effect.
Listen to your body throughout the practice. If anything feels too intense, slow your breathing down or stop the exercise completely.
Take a moment afterwards to sit or lie quietly and notice how you feel.
Thank you for breathing with me. 🤍
