Leicester Cathedral Revealed - Conception to Completion

The Leicester Cathedral Revealed project has renewed Leicester Cathedral so it can be its very best as a place of worship, heritage, pilgrimage, hospitality, learning, sanctuary, and celebration. This video by Alex Wright shows the project through its history, from conception, design, construction, and completion. The project has completed repair and restoration of the building to secure it for the future. A new Heritage & Learning Centre with exhibition gallery, a flexible learning space, WCs and improved office and storage space, has increased our accessibility and offer to the public. Leicester Cathedral Revealed has realised our vision to restore the Cathedral building, renew its sacred spaces, and reaffirm the Cathedral's place at the centre of a resurgent City and County. LCR was made possible with The National Lottery Heritage Fund, supporters, and donors.
