Jeep TJ No Gauges Solved

I had a canbus error, and there was no communication with my scanner. this is what happens when you rebuild your wiring harness. to test the Jeep ECM Pcm to make sure it's got proper power and ground is that Pin 32 is ground, Pin 22 should read 12 volt and Pin 2 should read 12v. Since Pin 2 didn't have any power that was the issue why my jeep tj instrument cluster was not working.
