Begin with the right foot: one kick per beat, two kicks per beat, then kicks on the four “and” counts. Repeat those three patterns with a right-hand crash on beat 1 of every bar. Stay with each drill for eight complete bars. The highlighted upcoming panel shows what changes one full bar in advance. The tempo stays steady throughout. 1.
