Brad in HR: Off The Record

An Unscripted Conversation About Work, Life & Starting Over. I went to the beach, turned on the camera, and started talking. No script. No teleprompter. No polished HR version of me. What came out was a conversation about 9/11 and my years as a United flight attendant, what happened to us after that day, where we are as a country today, leaving corporate life, getting older, losing yourself in a career, starting over, making malas, painting questionable wooden sculptures, and figuring out what you want to be when you grow up when you're already in your 50s. Apparently I had some things to say. I'm coming up on a year outside the corporate world. It has been scary, messy, exciting, financially uncomfortable, creative, and more authentic than I've felt in a very long time. So this is something different. Brad in HR: Off the Record. Sometimes we'll talk about work. Sometimes life. Sometimes I may just turn on the camera and see where we end up.
