Dea Matrona, 'Cradlerock'(Rory Gallagher cover)&Make you my star, Copenhagen, 'Amager Bio', 15.05.22

When two young ladies decide to get serious about music and do it perfectly, that's something special in our day and age. Dea Matrona, the friends Orlaith Forsythe and Mollie McGinn, pulled off the feat - with talent, the right taste, and charisma. Their repertoire consists almost exclusively of excellent covers, but also impressive songs of their own. Let's catch up - for the first time here on the channel - with a 'twin' of both, Rory Gallagher's 'Cradle Rock' and her own 'Make You My Star'. Enjoy! And that's the whole band: Orlaith Forsythe (g, bass, voc) Mollie McGinn (g, bass, voc) Connor Burnside (dr) Visit Dea Matrona: deamatrona.co.uk   / deamatronaband      / deamatrona
