Peltier based 500W roof space cooler - surprisingly effective!

This is an idea that has been floating around in my brain for a while, a perfect application for serious Peltier cooling: the roof space. A recent heatwave in Japan encouraged me to give it a go. While it sounds crazy, it's actually quite an effective use of a Peltier system.
