How Hard Is The Dark Souls Trilogy Without Dodging, Blocking or Armour?

One of the more interesting challenges I ever tried in the Dark Souls trilogy was seeing if I could beat them without dodging, blocking or armour. Basically removing the three main ways that you would mitigate damage in the game and see how difficult it makes things. I also banned the use of any ranged attacks like bows or spells because that would kind of defeat the purpose of this. The three games varied in difficult but I’m sure you can guess which of the three was the most difficult under these conditions.
