Inner Way: Soaring High - T6 Morale Chant - T6 Sky Gripped - T5 Empirical Edge - T5 Awesome boss. Haven't have so much fun in a while. This is one of the most difficult boss that I have yet to face in this game. And the paid effects doesn't help because it blocks your vision of the boss moveset especially in Phase 2. A tip would be to keep your distance in Phase 2 so that he does not use his kick moveset. The issue with that moveset is that it is fast, and extremely unpredictable. It is well telegraphed, but the reaction required is too much. So keep your distance more, do not get overly aggressive and you should be good in Phase 2.
