This is your best starting point, in terms of content. It sets out the very basis of biology in that all life is based on cells. It asks the question "What is life?" and then goes on to look at the main types of cell and how they are constructed to carry out their most fundamental processes. I would recommend that you have watched the 3 "pre-course" videos before this one ("Steps to Success", "The Big 5", and "Course overview plus lesson sequence") so as to set you off on the right path, but this really is the beginning if you just want to learn content.
