Recorded on 26 May 2026. [VIDEO #6934] This is Block 301B Tengah Drive, one of the 12 residential blocks within HDB BTO - Parc Residences (Blocks 300-302 Tengah). In this block, there are 2 Mitsubishi Lifts - serving 14 storeys overall. For Parc Residences group, Blocks 300x & 301x Tengah doesn't have Basement access as it's been surrounded by centralised Multi-Storey Carpark (MSCP). All of them (except Block 300D) have 14 storeys across 8 blocks for that group. It was filmed on the Vesak Day Eve 2026.
