Here I am again in Rajasthan, India's epic desert state. In this one, I'm exploring the monumental Amber Fort. Completed in the late 16th century, Amber was the seat of the Rajpat warlords who ruled this region. Join me as I learn about the history, culture and contemporary local life of Amber. This place is special, like something out of an orientalist's fever dream... Oh, and I eat some street food which may or may not have given me yet another bout of the dreaded 'Delhi belly'.
