扎基拉姆 VI｜我连续六年重塑一位中国女财神 Zaki Lam VI | Reimagining a Chinese Goddess of Wealth for Six Years

《扎基拉姆》系列，始于 2015 年。 那一年，我独自前往西藏旅行，在拉萨的扎基寺第一次见到了扎基拉姆。 关于她的传说有很多版本：有人说她是乾隆皇帝的妃子，有人说她是佛教护法神，也有人认为她是汉藏文化融合后形成的一位女财神。 她在西藏家喻户晓，却因为怒相、长舌、鸡足等独特法相，很少被年轻人了解。 站在神像前，我默默许下了一个愿望： 每年春节前，都用自己的方式重新创作一幅扎基拉姆，让更多人知道中国还有这样一位充满传奇色彩的女财神。 《扎基拉姆 VI》，是这个约定持续的第六年。 这件作品依旧采用岩彩创作。 岩彩，是将天然矿石研磨成粉，与胶液结合绘制于纸张、木板等媒介上的传统绘画形式。青金石、孔雀石、绿松石、辰砂……这些曾出现在敦煌、龟兹等古代壁画中的颜色，如今再次成为画面的语言。 对我来说，画扎基拉姆，不只是重塑一个神话人物。 更是在尝试用当代的视觉，让传统文化继续被看见。 Zaki Lam VI The Zaki Lam series began in 2015. During my first journey to Tibet, I visited Zaki Temple in Lhasa and encountered this remarkable Goddess of Wealth. There are many legends surrounding her. Some believe she was once a consort of the Qianlong Emperor, while others regard her as a Buddhist protector deity born from the cultural exchange between the Han and Tibetan traditions. Although deeply respected in Tibet, her fierce appearance has made her less familiar to younger generations. Standing before her statue, I made a quiet promise to myself: Every year, I would create a new interpretation of Zaki Lam through contemporary art, allowing more people to discover this extraordinary figure from Chinese mythology. Zaki Lam VI marks the sixth year of that promise. The painting is created using Mineral Pigment Art, a traditional medium made by grinding natural minerals such as lapis lazuli, malachite, turquoise, and cinnabar into fine pigments. These same materials once colored the murals of Dunhuang and Kucha centuries ago. For me, painting Zaki Lam is not simply about illustrating a legend. It is about giving ancient stories a new visual language for our own time.
