Rolling with Rex Episode 1: Derek Gruner, University Architect

What’s ahead for USC’s campus? In the first episode of Rolling With Rex, Vice President J. Rex Tolliver tours campus with Derek Gruner, University Architect and AVP for Facilities Planning, Design and Construction. They explore new student housing at the Commons, plans to expand and renovate Russell House, Main Street redevelopment and the restoration of Woodrow residence hall. Along the way, they share campus history, answer questions and discuss how thoughtful planning connects Carolina’s past with its future — with the student experience at the center.
