Ingredients for an easy Baileys Chocolate Cake recipe Flour - 125 gms Sugar - 225 gms Cocoa Powder - 36 gms Baking Powder - 1 tsp Baking Soda - 3/4 tsp Salt - 1/2 tsp Baileys Irish Cream - 125 ml Oil - 20 ml Butter - 60 ml (melted) Egg - 1 Vanilla - 1 tsp Hot Water - 125 ml Whipped Icing Whipped cream - 150 gms Baileys Irish Cream - 4 tbsp Icing Sugar - 2 tsp Vanilla - 1 tsp Method: In a large mixing bowl add all your sifted dry ingredients and give them a quick whisk.. Next add in the wet ingredients except the Hot water, and give all of this a good mix with a hand mixer or a stand mixer. Fold in the hot water and give a final mix with the mixer till everything is well combined. Give one last scrape to the bowl to make sure no dry ingredients are left at the bottom of the bowl. Divide this batter equally between 2 6" round tins, which are greased with butter, dusted with cocoa powder and lined with parchment paper. Bake at 350 f / 180 C for about 30-35 minutes or until a skewer inserted in the center comes out clean.
