As a reference, today I will be using 2 x 7.5 kg, 2 x 10 kg, 2 x 12.5 kg. Make this workout your own! Go at a pace that’s comfortable for you, and keep that core engaged the entire time. Focus on the Quality of every rep over the Quantity! The timer is just a guide so take the extra rest when needed and also modify the movements as needed!
