I Used The NEW OFA Rising Deku Tuning And Created The ULTIMATE TANK…

OFA Rising Deku is the new character added in Season 19 the 3rd anniversary of My Hero Ultra Rumble. With him also came the new tuning skill, Tenacity. This tuning gives you flinch resistance for some time following a guard break and increases your defenses upon reaching half health with your character. Today I decided to test it out and try to create the ultimate tank in Ultra Rumble by using it with Assault Kirishima. The build I have has Tenacity along with Revenge Assault to increases defenses drastically and even more with Kirishima’s hardening. He also received some recent new changes making his beta much smoother to use and let his gamma launch him higher up too. Let me know your thoughts on the new tuning and Kiri changes down below. I hope you enjoy the chaotic matches with the new Kirishima!
