HEY GUYS!i just finished this after two weeks working on it!i know its hard to believe that i worked so hard on it cause its really simple but i actually did!anyway,i was listening to the song and suddenly damon and elena popped up!i think it completely explains the situation damon's in!it's not his fault that he loves elena....he just does and he cant change that for anyone and especially for stefan!and i'm pretty sure that he won't stop fighting for her and i also believe that he'll win in the end.damon and elena are meant to be together and damon needs someone to love him for real.
