Lake Sevan (Sevanavank Monastery) Armenia

Sevanavank monastery is located along the northwestern coast of Lake Sevan, the largest body of water in Armenia and Caucasus and also one of the largest freshwater high-altitude lakes in Eurasia. The monastery dates back to the 9th century a time when Armenia was trying to break from Arab rule. The location is breathtaking and offers a picturesque 360 view of the lake and its surroundings.
